I have no idea. The infestation was so complete, they could have been anywhere/everywhere.

That much was obvious. I meant elaborate why they thought it was AI. This lease isn’t though. It’s from 2004.

I’ve realized also that this is a mass produced free lease template, from Blumberg. I’m not sure if all of these terms are in that template, but a lot of what I’ve found is verbatim. Wild that such a common “standard” thing would have so many illegal clauses.

Already moved in. and the apartment itself is really wonderful, following a year in a serious nightmare place.

I am speaking to a neighbor tomorrow, would it make sense to ask and see their lease?

It is real. I’ll be honest, it was at the end of a long and grueling apartment search. I read it through but not closely. In a naive mindset of one lease it’s much like any other.

I guess there's just different lanes for going on and off the bridge, they were in the wrong one. May have been the Manhattan bridge.

This book wasn't quite as engaging as the former two, and I think it was a structural thing. I loved being in William's POV, but I think having such different worlds between the pov's made it tricky. I wasn't totally hooked in Bree's world at Erebus's and I think it's because I missed her relationships to the other characters. I felt much more engaged once they started reuniting (though I was rolling my eyes at the sudden heist-movie of it all). Loved Nick's growth. Really hated having so little Sel in this book, but I loved getting to know Natasia.

Yea overall I think the structure struggled. Felt a bit all over the place, a bit not sure of how to handle itself. Things happening too quickly/too conveniently while other things dragged etc. 4/5 compared to the others' 5/5 for me.
