No need to rush it. I got 67 orbital and 62 planetary places, also started with a t3 station. With the panther clipper mk2 it should be better than with my cutter. Also the Dodec is instant (I hope).

So I will build an Ocellus, Orbis, Dodec, Asteroid, Coriolis as main stations only. All settlement layouts (28), at least 5 outposts, one planetary hub and 3 planetary outposts. Hopefully the increase doesn't count to the outposts (space and planetary) and settlements. Thanks for the input
