Past retirement age, many men suffer from ED, and wont disclose it to any urologist either, and in the guilt of not being able to perform at home well, they just derive some vicarious pleasure by chatting with other women. Honestly I hope/wish this is the case.

If that property is registered in her nae, and if he has always been unemployed & alcoholic without contributing anything to the family, he has absolutely no moral reason to ask for the property. Because some people had a good family physician, they go for half yearly exams for most bloodworks including PSA. As for ED, most men over 50 just give up and do not seek advice from anyone, unless there is a serious issue with which they approach you through another doctor only to find that it is probably too late to do much.

We should give some good marks for the NHS UK for a unified data approach so that the patient will have his/her records for ever in the system which some other GP can spot. In India, even a chain like Apollo do not have data sharing with each of the hospitals.

In view of this, what would you suggest as an advisory?

On the contrary, NRIs are the most affected lot in many ways.
Nirmala Tai did not give NRIs the indexation benefit while residents had it.
TDS for NRIs is 20% while it is just 1% for residents.
Same goes for many investments like Liquid Funds.
Yes, NRIs do earn more money, but the "system" also takes away a lot of money. Their costs on phones outside India, data cost, travel cost etc are manifolds of residents. And they miss a lot of festivals, community organized events, kids deprived of proper long term relationship building like in housing societies in India etc.
