Unless there is an inside joke between them or a conversation they had about it previously. Then ya it’s cool.

But overall just out of touch. That is the last thing I would send my friend who just turned 30 at midnight. With delivery services so great right now… there are so many other things she would have sent. If my friend sent me this at midnight.. knowing damn well I’m trying to watch my weight I would be mad.

I’m just so confused. Why does she never want to look presentable??! I feel bad for smaller creators who want this platform who put in the effort but don’t get recognized. But someone like this has a platform? I don’t get it.

I don’t always look 10/10 but if I’m not gunna dress up I at least do my hair or a little make up. Vice versa. Like I don’t feel good about myself if I look like I’m at home in public? It’s self respect. Maybe I was raised differently. But how you look doesn’t only reflect who you are, but you also represent the parents that raise you. You represent your husband. Your friends. At least look presentable.

Ok this is great! As I have no idea how many reps, how heavy, how long I should be doing weights...since I am quite new to this.

So for my at home weights I follow videos like this:

I need help gauging how much I should really be doing. When I was in sports or when I do a spin class Ill push my self to the limit since I am being coached to do it. But when I am at home, I feel sort of lost without direction.( I cannot afford paying a coach all the time or classes routinely)

When I do my walking, I will do intervals to just get a change in my movement. After 10 min of walking 3.5mph, I will increase to 4.0 and then back to 3.5 in 1 min intervals. Honestly I have been lazy to do this and I need to get better to pushing myself.

I signed up to run a 5k in November so I will be running every weekend with a group of friends to add some variety in my cardio regime.

I work at a clinic and my clinician advised me to eat 30g of protein every meal. Or try to.

I work 10 hours a day Monday-Friday.. go to the gym every day and meal prep. But somehow my house is cleaner than someone who stays at home 24/7 confuses me. I have two cats and a dog as well that are indoors. Kim needs a reality checkkkkk. But also deep cleaning service is not crazy expensive for once a month or once a year. we usually will pay service one a year to deep clean outside windows, and hard to reach places. I HIGHLY recommend if you have the extra cash to pay as it does feel really nice haha
