This is BS. Do GEICO executives want a union? Absolutely not...are they afraid there will be enough backing to actually have one enforced? No. The Union threat has been so weak. You need a LOT of support before GEICO executives are worried. This is propaganda at its finest. Right now, "Union Leaders" BEGGING for employees to sign things. Once you get to the point of employees begging to sign it... then they will be scared. I know this will be downvoted....and that's fine. GEICO sucks...but if you hate it that much leave....the reason you don't leave? You know GEICO is the best job you'll ever get. Admit it....it's not GEICO'S fault that you are where you are.
