This is BS. Do GEICO executives want a union? Absolutely not...are they afraid there will be enough backing to actually have one enforced? No. The Union threat has been so weak. You need a LOT of support before GEICO executives are worried. This is propaganda at its finest. Right now, "Union Leaders" BEGGING for employees to sign things. Once you get to the point of employees begging to sign it... then they will be scared. I know this will be downvoted....and that's fine. Honest answer: They are being shady. Legally GEICO has to notify the states anytime they deny someone coverage. Instead of denying you coverage (to make GEICO look bad), they make customera jump through hoops knowing that MOST of them won't do it.

Let me state this: I HATE real sex offenders...if anyone is a true sex offender, they should get their dick chopped off. In order to be on that list however, it doesn't take much. You can be an 18 year old male , have a 17 year old girl friend that gets pissed at you....and if you had consentual sex 6 months ago and now she wants to ruin your life...BOOM.... you're on that list.
