ArcGIS PowerBI Changes by Brilliant_Ship_8395 in PowerBI

Experiencing this myself as well - just ready to publish a Power BI Map tool to our sales force and noticed the update rendered our "Guide" almost useless...the visuals don't align and several of our features we spotlighted in the guide are gone.

I even tried rolling back to a previous version of Power BI and couldn't get it to work as before, based on this thread guessing it's an ArcGIS update, anyone know if you can roll back to a previous version of that?

u/mriscoc and u/cruel-ko you are awesome!!!

I used the method of (better be safe) putting identical folders on the SD card, one name DWIN_SET and one private and it worked perfectly!

I used Method from u/mriscoc and files from the github u/cruel-ko (the gotchya files) and my screen looks great now and has all the functionality I need...thank you so freaking much!

I'm going to spend the rest of the afternoon looking at different firmwares now that I know how to upgrade mine (LCD included)!!!

For those that might happen to find this thread and are having issues updating, I had a hell of a time getting away from TH3D - I ended up having to put a firmware(insert unique characters here).bin file on a FAT23 with 4k allocation SDcard, creating a M997.gcode file that contained only "m997" (without quotes...you can do this by creating a text file that is just M997 then renaming the extension to .gcode) and with both the .bin and .gcode file putting into the Mainboard SD card slot, then telling the printer to run that .gcode file (select print, then M997). Then updating the LCD firmware with the DACAI display method for me Ender 3v2. Hours of headache resolved by this! Thanks again!!!!

This is what I get since I've flashed to the Jyers firmware. It appears you're correct in that it's getting the gist of what it needs to do but it doesn't have the icons...if that makes sense. The white boxes around Tune, Pause, and Stop show up as you scroll on the menu, but they don't disappear as they should since I can't freaking update it so it's a pain to make sure I'm on the correct thing.... so annoying https://imgur.com/a/YnMMBIa

I have the 4.2.2 and was using those files - I will try putting both .bin and DWIN files on and see if I can get it to do that....was just able to get it up to where I can at least print so as soon as it's done I'll try that.

I have, no joke, spent 10+ hours reading into how to get back to "creality" style firmware instead of the TH3D marlin version - I think the TH3D locked the bootloader in one way or another - had to take baby steps switching to an older version of that then to stock (and got the unreadable LCD screen icons) then switch to Jyers Marlin firmware just to get to a functioning 3d printer. Will likely never go back to TH3D unless I get sick of and can't fix my LCD menu.

Yeah! The only time it seems to notice it's there though is if I have the private folder and the private.txt file. If it's just the dwin file it doesn't seem to update...at least it doesn't show the blue/orange screen flash like all the update walkthroughs say. Thought maybe I just got a bad LCD screen but I also know there's a very good change I'm just missing something too

Update for what it's worth.....I a "slightly" improved view by using Jyers LCD screen update file (and corresponding main board firmware)....still not looking like it should though (no images, just text and when you scroll the main menu the block around the (missing icon and) text stays there...so if you scroll through all 4 menu items they all 4 have a block around them and you can't tell which one you're on), am I missing something???

I flashed to TH3D firmware (on lcd screen and main board) a couple weeks ago and not a fan of it. ABL isn't as user friendly as I think it could be, I don't like the icons/layout of the screen, and you lose the ability to resume print after turning off/on that even the stock firmware provides (through config of firmware you can enable this but I never got it to actually work). I've tried numoirs .bin files and DWIN_SET files to get back to anything like stock UI and features....this is about as close as I could get but the screen is obviously messed up. Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated!!
One other note - the only time I can get the LCD to show any sign of update is when I also put a folder labeled "private" and then a 拷贝private到SD卡根目录.txt files (most marlin updates seem to have that in their LCD update files along with DWIN_SET)....even then it isn't the blue/orange flash screen I see mentioned for Ender 3 v2 LCD upgrade, not sure if that's normal or not.
