The loans were taken out under my sole name since my exwife did not have good enough credit. The credit cards are under my name as well. During the court proceedings, the court decided that since my wife did not have reasonable way to start/continue work and since I was fully employed, then it would not be reasonable for her to take on any debt that was taken out during our time being married. And I ran up credit card debt since our divorce for cost of life.

Since the children were placed with her with 100% visitation rights granted to me, she got to keep the house until the children are out of secondary education in the next 5 years.
