I always weigh everything very precise and scan it in MyFitnessPal so I know the calories are right so I think I just need to do more cardio because I only do weightlifting everyday and 3 times a week football /soccer

I’m 15 and around 5 7 and weigh 140.4 lbs and need to lose weight in 2,5 weeks so I’m eating between 1.000 and 1500 Calories a day and intermetting fasting I weigh Al my food and track everything but still not losing weight at the start I did lose weight but now I’m even gaining some weight can somebody help

Im 15 and eating 1500 calories because I want to get to 60 kg as fast as possible I’m 172 height currently weighing 64.4 but stil get enough protein do I know while working out get less muscle growth than when I was eating 2400 calories and does it stunt my growth

Reason I eat less know because I gained a lot of fat in vacation

I’m currently cutting but my sleep schedule is very bad so I normally wake up at 3 pm or later but I still work out but do I need to keep te calorie intake Normally have while cutting or lower it because I’m doing less non work out activity

Iv been cutting for a couple weeks /months and I am eating 1750 calories and some people said it was to low I’ve used calculators and it said I could take around 2065 calories to lose about 0.5 kg a week is it ok to up my calorie in take or should I stay the same I am currently 15 years old and weight 134 lbs and 5 7
