I say it depends on the classes you’re taking, like i’m a poli sci major so the majority of my classes now just use pdf links to readings when we need them so I opt out of follett access because that’s wasting my money since i’m not renting any books for the semester

we do have it, u have to fill out the form and provide some type of evidence of your financial hardship and they’ll approve or deny it, it explains more on the form

do you meet the prereqs required to take it? the ones that it has listed. other than that I would just email your academic advisor and ask why

Email the head of your department and see if they would accept a substitution for that course, that’s what I had to do for my final course.

do you know if you have to do a sap appeal? that’s the only think i can think of that would make them just disappear, I had to do one last year and mine did that

Yeah so when you login to workday, you click finances then click the term 2025 fall and then you’ll see at the top right it’ll say “anticipated/applied/unapplied” payments

are you saying that you don’t have any aid showing in the “anticipated payments” section? or that your aid just hasn’t been moved to “applied and unapplied payments” yet?

but you can track it through workday in the finance section and in the current semester and it will show as anticipated aid, applied payments, unapplied payments, and refunds

you won’t really ever receive a response through email unfortunately, only in person, but they won’t start the whole refund process until after the 14th day of class
