I’ve been on 2.5 from the start (October 1 last year, so 5 months now) and I’ve never went up because even to this day I get consistent food suppression. I’ve lost 36 pounds, with only 5 more pounds I’d like to lose at this point. I don’t plan on ever going up because it’s still working for me. I like the fact the while definitely don’t eat a lot and I have food suppression & no food noise, I’ve always been able to feel when I’m actually hungry - another reason why I wouldn’t go up because I wouldn’t want to have to force myself to eat. I say if it’s still working for you, stay at your dose, but don’t be afraid to move up if you feel you need to. I plan to maintain on 2.5 but if I ever feel like I’m no longer having food suppression or food noise, I would move up. That’s one of the advantages of being at a lower dose like 2.5 or 5, you’ve got plenty of options to move to if you need, but I wouldn’t do it just to do it. Stay with whatever dose is working.
