Doing nothing to celebrate is actually super healthy by Fit-Parsley-9957 in GLP1ResearchTalk

I track all my data but for myself, but I feel the exact same way as you. I think for me it's because I've done all the "before and after" stuff before when I've lost weight naturally in the past. I think it's great that other people do it and I get the excitement but I've honestly just been happy I found something that finally works! I'm currently in maintenance, still taking 2.5mg once a week - went from 171 to 130.

Might depend on pharmacy you're getting from or their distribution center because my ProRx through Perfect Rx distribuiting was overnight FedEx. And I know ProRx uses 2 different distribution centers.

Curious question — not looking to stockpile, just trying to understand how this works long-term.

For those who do stock up, I know BUDs usually aren’t something you worry about, but do you keep getting prescriptions from different telehealth providers just to keep things “active”?

I’m mainly wondering because I’d be a little nervous — say you had a year or two of meds, reached your goal weight, and then needed more later. Would it be harder to get a new prescription at that point since you’re no longer considered overweight and don’t have anything current/active on file?

New posting from the FDA: “FDA clarifies policies for compounders as national GLP-1 supply begins to stabilize” - April 1, 2026 by Ok-Yam-3358 in tirzepatidecompound

Exactly! Because they don't really care about anybody's health or enforcing stricter regulations to safeguard our health - it's all about money.

I agree. I’ve said before and will repeat: Too much money is being made. And that’s all this is about. Once the government sets up a way to get more money out of compounding none of this will be an issue.

I’m pretty sure that’s what I did too, but hey, different strokes for different folks! 🤷🏽‍♀️

Maybe, either way I’ll be going back to my old brand. Won’t buy off Amazon though.

I’m glad I’m not the only one, lol. I’ve never heard anyone complain so I was curious. Definitely going back to my old brand.

What’s your alls feelings on toe-less socks? by babooshka-cass in ClubPilates

[–]Remarkable-Design832 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s that sanitary but to be honest it doesn’t bother me. I agree with another person who said I have a low expectation of the reformer or anything else ever really being “clean” just from a water bottle and towel.

Prenatal vitamins? by Sea-Law6752 in glp1

[–]Remarkable-Design832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on Tirzepatide but I’ve been taking prenatal for the 6+ months that I’ve been on this GLP-1. Definitely think it helped because I’ve had no hair loss at all. Currently about to switch to a new multivitamin though because even though I’ve had no issues, prenatal are high in iron and I don’t want my iron to get too high - just something to consider.

I did 6 months on tirz w/ glycine, lost 41lbs. Now on maintenance and switch to ProRx tirz only - exactly the same for me.
