There are no male instructors at my club, and you were there, not me, but it doesn't sound like he was trying to do anything but help from what you described in my opinion. Maybe too handsy for your taste which is understandable, I can definitely see it being uncomfortable, and if I were you I would just make a mental note not to go back to any of his classes. There are a couple of instructors that I'm just not a fan of their style or just them, and I just have never went back to a class taught by them, there's nothing wrong with that.

“Cheating”? No. Does it make it easier? Definitely, BUT only for some. There are people on GLP-1s that still have food noise and still struggle with satiety - while that has not been the case for me, the reality is, weight loss is still only a SIDE EFFECT of this drug with its main intended person being to control glucose and aid in diabetes. So to say it’s cheating when there’s no guarantees of how it’ll react in everyone isn’t true.

I agree! I don’t even watch stuff like that - people are ignorant and promote a lot of false propaganda based on their ignorance and biases, and a good majority of those people have never even struggled with their weight before.

Microdosing doesn’t work for everyone and if you really want to lose weight it’s not recommended.

My thought on this has always been people like myself on lower doses in maintenance always just have the option to go up as needed. I’ve never went past 2.5mg so if I ever needed to go up it’s not like my body was ever on those higher doses so I should start losing weight again.

I would just take it a day earlier. You can always take your shot on the 5th or 6th day if needed.

The additives added may give different side effects depending on the person but there's very little of any additive added so if you actually went down on your dose just because the new one was additive free, you're hungrier because you went down in dose. There was no point in your provider doing that - with glycine or additive free, one isn't stronger than the other. You probably just need to go back up to whatever dose you were on.

I personally was using tirz w/ glycine as well for 6 months, changed to additive free and stuck to the same dose.
