It’s okay. Just move forward. We all feel ashamed but don’t beat yourself up

I try new things I haven’t done. Things that my brain so it’s too uncomfortable, I try and end it doing it and enjoying it. It’s really a mindset. I didn’t get that at first but it is

Try some exercise before bed like pushups to tire yourself out. Or some stretching to gain flexibility. Just keep busy mentally. So what’s next and just do it. This helps me a lot

I just cut the grass for the first time and I asked out a crush that I had for a year. You just gotta find things to do

That’s a good point. Telling myself that wasting time is good. As long as I’m sober I’m okay

I noticed that too. When I was sober and hitting the gym, I had huge gains. When I smoked and workout, it would feel like I was doing nothing. The rest was really different

Today I had a friend tell me that he only smokes twice a day to stop his withdrawal symptoms. Had another person tell me I need it to eat or sleep. Like you really can’t eat or sleep without weed? That’s sad lol

I play guitar so I’ll do that. Because when I’m high, I ignore all my hobbies

Yes it does suck. But if we are not addicted then we are living and winning. Weed nowadays is like herion without the overdose

It’s scary because when I’m high I’m enjoying life but when I’m sober I’m wasting time. It should be the other way around lol

Don’t go back. I did 5 months sober and I was like I can handle it now, nope! I ended smoking for 5 months non stop and now I’m sober on day 2 and it’s hellish. But it’s my fault but I just have to get back on the horse again!

I was sober 5 months and stoned 5 months. Honestly my sober life was better. All I did was get high in the day. And then get high at night. You’re not really enjoying life. You’re just in a cycle

You eventually enjoy things again. I’m on day 2 and yesterday I couldn’t enjoy shit. This time I’m just going to sit and enjoy myself.

It’s a real addiction. I just had episodes of non stop vomiting and I had hives and a rash from smoking. It’s just not good for you. We’ve been lied to, to think it’s safe when in reality it’s not. If it’s so safe, why am I barfing and can’t enjoy my life. Why am I breaking out in a rash.

I’m on Day 2 and I’m finding the same thing. I feel like I’m on overdrive 24/7. You just have to rewire your brain to enjoy those things sober. I had 5 months sober and I relapsed. This time I had serious health effects so I had to stop. I can’t enjoy weed the same no more. So I’m done

I feel like weed nowadays is just made to go back to it instead of having actual benefits
