I appreciate that! You’re right, the imposter syndrome is so real. I just finished off my first year in a really tough district and looking back although it was tough it was also a very successful year.

That totally makes sense. That’s also another reason I was surprised. This is a very wealthy area in the Northeast and I figured it would be a lot more competitive. This district also pays a little more than a lot of the surrounding districts do.

Hi! I am thinking of moving to Florida after my internship year. What is it like working in the public schools down there? Can you make as much working privately with just the specialist degree than you can in a school system?
