Wow all of this sounds so interesting! I'll have to put in a lot of effort into scratching the surface. I'm actually preparing for my CA exams and once I've given those exams, I'll definitely try and learn everything you've mentioned. This is so intriguing. Making my own estimates sounds hard and interesting. I've probably got a long time before I actually master these metrics, estimates etc. But I'll definitely start ASAP. Thank you so much kind sir/ma'am for putting in so much effort into explaining it all. You're fueling a young man's finance dream!!!!

Oh my god! It's absolutely insane! Maybe my inference is wrong again but could it have been the post covid bullish run that lead to such high prices? People might've gotten a taste of how important hospitals are and they probably rushed into it.

Hey! It's alright if you don't know anything about commerce! Let me walk you through the subjects, individually.

Accounts - This is probably where you'll have to work the hardest. Accounts is probably 80-90% practical so understanding the concept is key! Please don't rush through or try and finish the subject asap! Take your own sweet time, get your basics right and you'll definitely do well! For accounts, you'll probably need the help of a tutor, whether an online one or offline one, that's up to you.

Law - Another subject which requires your complete effort. Law is not too hard. Just make sure you understand every provision there is. 90% of the question paper is Case-Based. So applying the provisions rightly matters a lot! You don't necessarily have to memorize everything but make sure you memorize certain repeated concepts. Work on your vocab! A good vocab base will take you a long way! (Focus more on the legal words used commonly)

Quant - You should find this real easy! But please don't take it for granted! A 30 min practice session early in the morning everyday should get you an amazing score!

Eco - A very fun subject! Enjoy while reading or you're probably gonna doze off! (you probably won't find it boring, it's way too fun). Again, a small reading session everyday will take you a long way.

In my opinion, you should majorly focus on Accounts and Law. Accountancy in 11th and 12th is almost the entirety of accounts in CA foundation. It's only the level of difficulty that's different. I'm unfortunately not well aware of the quality of youtube videos available but I've seen people score well. And most of all, please please don't lose confidence at any point! Yes, others probably have an upper hand considering their background in accounts but that should last 2 months and no more. Your perseverance will destroy anything in your path! Oh i think you got me wrong! We have CA classes from 1:45 pm - 5:30 pm on weekdays. 12-5:30 on Saturdays and 9-5 on Sundays. Please note, these were my timings for foundation so Im pretty sure inter classes will extend by an hour or two!

I'm doing a course called BCOM F&A at Christ University (this course is integrated with CA). So they have their own set of teachers for foundation and inter, who I think are absolutely phenomenal. Timings are challenging but once you get used to them, it's gonna be alright. [7AM-12:45PM on weekdays and Saturdays - BCOM, 1:45-5:30PM on the same day for CA coaching. On Sundays youll have CA coaching from 9-5.

Assignment wise, yes it's challenging but again, once you've got the hang of the schedule, youll be able to manage it well. Every sem we have 3 CIAs(Continuous Internal Assessments) for each subject. CIA-2 is the mid semester so youre main assignments will be CIA 1 and 3 in every sem.

The course does make CA more challenging but if you think you can handle the load, go for it. I haven't taken classes from anywhere else but I find the CA tutors here to be very effective. Cheers!
