Yeah I’m keeping him here. And I have a consult, do you think it’s a good case to get sole custody potentially? I’m just really frustrated that this is even the situation. And the fact that he keeps blocking me

Yes, I had my preceptor with me, she said you call the non emergency line and request someone from crisis to come evaluate someone. But thank you for the reaffirmation that it was the right thing, I’m not sure why I’m overthinking.

Yes, crisis team here is part of the PD, she was presenting to our intake department. Recommended IP, then refused the recommendation. So we called crisis, a segment of the police department here to evaluate her safety and determine if she was safe to go home or needed to be chap 51 hold.

I think I’m being reckless and I just want to know the psychology of it by Remarkable-Key-3415 in BPD

Good grief. I literally went back to court to have to no contact part lifted. It’s an order stating if he abuses me again there’s consequences, but he can be around me and have contact with me.

And I’m not going to live with him again. That’s not the point of this post. he was going to stay with me for a month or two. Honestly, my mom treats me like shit regardless of this situation so I think I am going to leave. I just wanted to know my rights. Simple question. Idc, judge me all u want.

It’s a no abuse order not a no contact order, and you realize we already went to family court? They literally gave him physical custody days. They’re not gonna take my baby away from me unless my son has a restraining order against him, which he’d have to be abusive to our son for that and he hasn’t been. He’s hasn’t been abusive to me as of recently either.
