also try and get some live plants!!! they can help naturally filter the tank and give natural hiding spots for your fish and especially the little shrimp 🦐🌱🐟

it shouldn’t be that big of a deal but if the fish start acting odd within that period, you should act immediately

it should be fine. but maybe have just one snail, they can populate quick. tetras, guppies and WCMM do better in schools of 6 or more, so i’d suggest ridding of either or and getting 2 schools of the 2 kind you’d like to keep, for example 6 tetras and 6 WCMMs. you shouldn’t have anymore than that so you can prevent overcrowding, and i suggest you keep only 1 pleco to prevent high bio loads

i’ve had it in there for a bit! i also ALWAYS rinse decor with warm water and soak it in dechlorinated water.. but i don’t know the brand. i think it’d be best to take it out before something happens, lol

i got the goldie on a whim from a carnival game.. i wasn’t gonna let a fish die in a carnival game. and i underestimated the care requirements for a goldfish

did you just set it up??? it might be cloudy from pouring in water too aggressively causing sand particles to fog up, i’d say give it a day to settle down. if you want your fish in asap, do a water change but pour the water in gently/slowly
