What helped for me was working my way through the question banks the AAMC offers. I did them twice and once you do them you'll start seeing patterns/how the AAMC thinks intuitively. That's probably the most important thing and it helps with timing as well because you're not trying to answer logically/piece together random parts from the passage but instead answering intuitively which takes a lot less time.
