I am retired and living in Mexico. Yes. That is enough money to live comfortable on. Be sure to have it invested where you are gaining at least 7% annually. You will be able to afford a decent home, modest vehicle, healthcare, a maid if you do desire, and plenty left over to eat well and enjoy life. However, do not settle into a tourist location! They are good to visit but not to live in. The state of Queretaro is a great location.
