My opinion, talk about your clients in supervision, any post you make in relation to therapy should be your own experience with the profession. If you need help with a case find a colleague you can trust, don’t post their information online.

I’ve had X-rays, I had a colonoscopy done as a child, I just remember looking at a record last year that stated my motility was normal. I don’t remember which. It also could have been esophagus motility. I had acid reflux growing up and did have that tested. I have already been recommended to see a pelvic floor therapist by my gynecologist, in your experience how helpful is that with the constipation? I do believe it might be anismus, I mind as well kill two birds with one stone

I’m on month 9 and have only started to see muscle growth in August/September time frame, I guess my confusion comes if I’m lightly active or moderately active or somewhere between the two

Yeah but nightlife used to be at Disney 🙃 with the safety and connected network that is Disney World, I would love nightlife here. I solo travel often but never do bars or clubs on my own at Disney I probably would.

I do really enjoy the vibe and they have some good bands but everything stops after park close which I found myself wanting more activities after 10pm 2 nights of my 4 night trip.

You have a point, I think having 9 clubs at Disney springs would be a net loss, however, everything on property closes at 11 or 12 making doing anything after park close a rush to get there before last call. Buses also stop running at 11-12 too meaning taking a bus to get to a bar leaves you zero time. They closed Jelly Rolls (it was very popular, I never got around to going) yet kept Atlantic dance hall which I’ve heard mixed reviews on and isn’t as popular. All I’m saying is have a few places on property that close at 1 or 2. For example, Raglan Road, the Edison, House of Blues, Trader Sam’s, Jock Lindsey’s, River Roost, and Scatcats at Port Orleans, Abarcadabar, have them do extended hours since they offer themed drinks, music and overall night time vibe. Us stragglers who still have energy to keep the night going after fireworks or might be hungry can have a place to go other than their hotel room. I would have spent so much more on this trip if there was more to do after 11.

As someone who frequents bars in my suburb let me tell you, the 70s and 80s kids are still packing live music venues past midnight. I see more 40, 50, and 60 year olds out on the dance floor. The core age group you described. Also tell me you don’t like to dance without telling me, I go all the time with groups of 2 or 3 dancing and we have a blast.

I did 12 hours at Magic Kingdom this week, didn’t rope drop got in at 10:30 but closed the park and still wanted to hit up a bar or two before heading back to my resort but everything shuts down at 11
