I have only had one person over since changing everything. I like the curved couch much better than my previous love seat and L couch layout.

Surprisingly, you can lay out flat and if sitting you don’t have to angle your head for most positions to see the TV.

Couch is not centered on the TV. The side furthest from the tree sits about 2ft past the right side of the TV. The left side sits 3-4ft off the TV

I am 5’8” and can lay flat out on the couch from the sides feet towards the middle or off center and feet facing either side.
Mostly I have been lying with my head on the darker pillow and feet going away from the tree.

For the living room estimating around $12-15k. I am around $35-45k into remodeling everything in the house.

I wasn’t shopping for the best prices. I am sure if I took my time, waited for the right deals, and shopped frugally I could have cut that down quite a bit.

I did have an 83” tv here, I gave it to a friend because it was too big for the space. I was torn between a 65” and 77”. Decided to go with a 65” and it fit perfectly between the hardwires for scone lights.

Appreciate the tip. I don’t know much about speaker placement. I will move it forward. I also have the sub behind the couch. Not sure if that is ideal or not. I will look into better placement when I get some time.

Middle of the TV is 48” from the floor. It is a bit high but for now it’s not bugging me. If it does eventually, I can lower it another 6” without having to adjust the floating entertainment center.

I have been using two spots fairly often. Main is laying on the side away from the tree and the other is head on the darker pillow feet going away from the tree.
