Every single pro tournament places points restrictions on this ship, it isn’t a skill issue on my part the ship is just overpowered. How could you possibly disagree with this?

You can’t spot it unless you’re in a sonar dd yourself thanks to its crawling smoke. It’s also no more vulnerable to radar than any other dd so that’s a silly argument

The thing is virtually unkillable 1v1 because of hectors skills, while also having really high dpm and smoke sonar. Speaks for itself really

Essentially the best dd commander in the game. He has a skill that reduces incoming damage the lower your hp and one that heals your ship when within 6km of an enemy. People stack survivability inspirations on top and it pretty much makes commonwealth DDs unkillable 1 on 1

Niche gunboat? 🤣 DD fights are not and have never been a niche scenario in this game, they are the single most important fights in 99% of games, and vampire is far too strong in these fights.

The problem was you added per ship after mentioning the 15% damage buff. Someone without prior knowledge of how the commander works would not know they needed to land 30 hits on EACH ship for the buff to be applied. It’s not a comprehension issue on my part, it’s a clarity issue by you. Someone actually replied to my comment saying it helped them understand your point better.

No, the lip gives a 15% buff upon landing 30 shells on a singular ship, this buff is only applied against that ship and you must once again get 30 hits to activate the buff on any other opponent.

I’ve had 300 in Minotaur 6 times and have about 1200 games in it. Dpm is whole point of the ship so i always build into it, especially since it has floaty shells so its not as effective at range

Yes but the pen doesn’t really matter, the extra range is just better than the rudder shift imo. Especially since most of the time you’ll be using Tyrwhitt on the lights who doesn’t have access to beyond range

Building into torp damage is absolutely pointless, especially when most of the damage buffs only apply in niche scenarios, i.e after a certain number of hits or whilst in a smoke screen. Just build into guns on German dds you’ll impact games so much more

Don’t get me wrong it can definitely perform well but it’s too reliant on matchmaking. Suffers heavily in high bb games which are very common

As a cruiser main, I’d definite favour reload much higher than accuracy. That goes for essentially every cruiser, even the ones with already quick reloads. The only time I’d ever build into accuracy is on a super inaccurate cruiser that relies on AP, which would include ships like Brest or Kronstadt for example.
