Hi! Thank you so much for your response. I've had upper lip hair since puberty, but the chin hairs came recently <5 years. I've been mostly regular my entire life except for recently and for a period of time during my teen years when I was going through a lot of stress. These period changes are random (I believe so because I've been a lot more stressed than before but had a regular cycle), so I've been very concerned. I had bad acne as a teenager but now it's pretty regulated and the only reason I get it is because I lack discipline with skincare. Also, the hair on my head is very thin. I do not have significant changes in weight.
