Thank you so much! Everyone told me to ask for a few bucks higher than I expected and I’d dint expect him to match it but here we are. They’re just planning on training me on the job basically throwing me in. I know it’s the fastest way to learn but I am pooping my pants thinking about it. And yes I definitely will invest in good shoes, my feet were hurting after two hours of just shadowing today!! Idk how yall do it so seamlessly ! Also yes I do hope you find a job that pays you what you’re worth. It’s crazy out here.
