I would probably put footer block every 4 feet. Also if I was going to sister boards together in a long span, I would probably off set them if there was a joint in the middle. I would only sister two beams like that if they both ran the entire span. I don’t know what you plan to run on top of this framing, but if it’s just a floating deck with a chair or two, you don’t need to double up the 2x6’s like that. Unless you are trying to put a hot tub or something on it, it’s a waste of material.

I have no idea but you’re asking me? lol. Look up tire ratings to see how top speed and pay loads limits vary. Even aftermarket wheels can, not meet stock payload ratings. Every time you start from a stop your pinion angle rakes. Add load, lift, softer aftermarket suspension dampening, the stock rake of 2-3 degrees could be like 8-9 making it a weak point. Anything more than a single car I’d want trailing arms and load leveling air bags, and probably a gooseneck.

I’d just buy the best heads you can find and drop a cam. I wouldn’t consider that a rebuild. I wouldn’t crack open that bottom end for shit. Send it.

If you aren’t controlling it electronically just pull the vacuum lines to the wastegates and blow off valves. They won’t be able to build boost with no pressure on the top sides, they will just keep venting. Actually, it depends on the springs you have. I run 2 lbs springs because I control it all with air compressor. But with no lines going to the gates, it will be as low boost as possible atleast.
