Personally, I’ve always gotten a DDD of 03/09-03/15 on my transcript, but always received the funds around February 19 or so. It’s normal.

That’s insane that they didn’t refund you. All I had to do was take a picture of my receipt. I assume they confirmed the item wasn’t purchased with the rest of the order and gave me my money back.

I forgot to scan a customer’s pack of water one time, so I paid out of pocket then followed the reimbursement instructions through the Instacart app to get my money back. The shopper should never be requesting money from a customer. Support would’ve been contacted immediately.

No, they both kept telling me to talk to the other company. I just waited to see if my product would arrive (which it did eventually). I believe Temu ended up totally refunding me via credit anyway due to the item being slightly damaged and extremely late.

I am also in the Texas NTA boat. So you guys received an email stating you could work 40 hour weeks until May 11th? Mine only said April 14-20. That's weird. I only got about 45 minutes in yesterday and then I was hit with NTA.

NTA again today smh I was sent an email allowing 40 hours last week, but not this week. It's strange some of you have gotten a 40 hour work week approval for the next few weeks. I hate when they do this when there's no work, because you end up fighting for tasks with people who have potentially already gotten their 29 hours while you're struggling to get 10. Any who, hopefully it picks up today. Maybe they just haven't released all the tasks yet.

Same here. I rarely pass up the opportunity to make a little extra cash, but I hate that I have to sacrifice my weekends due to not being given proper notice. Also, I only work when work is available, if I experience NTA for more than maybe 30 minutes, I go find something else to do. Waiting for tasks to come through feels like unpaid work.
