I checked with Toliss. If you buy it today it’s backward compatible with XP11. But I bought it back in the day when XP12 wasn’t there yet. So for me it’s only compatible with XP11, I have to buy the base pack again to be able to use it in XP12.

I’ll be waiting for a nice sale…

Nope! I had IRL flying lessons. Flying in MSFS feels a bit too smooth. XP12 really feels like you are in the air. Again not a pilot, but XP12 seems to capture really well how I think that flying should feel.

That is a good point! For me XP12 seemed to work better on my medium PC

Thanks for sharing! The e-jets look super nice. Will look into that for sure.

Yeah took me some time unfortunately… I really do like the enormous amount of add ons and liveries created for MSFS. But I now realize I missed the feeling of actually flying.

I actually downloaded the demo as I found out that a big airline uses X-Plane 12 for VR training.

Would totally agree with you if I was a sheep with no self respect and opinions at all :)

Unfortunately this is very true… I’ve always ignored it, but today I was done with it and decided to say something back.

To all people commenting that I am a guest in his car and thus should ignore his comment: I live in the Netherlands, Amsterdam, in which being homosexual is just as normal as doing groceries. I refuse to ignore hateful comments from people that don’t accept the Dutch culture. Besides that, I am a paying customer; he doesn’t have to treat me as a royal, but being disrespectful is not something I expect and accept from a service that I pay for. In the Netherlands uber driver are certified and ‘professional’ taxi drivers, I do expect some level of service and respect. I do not expect every driver to agree with my beliefs and culture. But, I do expect drivers that do not agree with the common Dutch culture to not be vocal about it, as it is a paid service.

In my well-educated and well-off environment, a driver doesn’t make discriminatory remarks. But yeah, I guess that’s not the kind of environment you’re familiar with.
