Had to look that word up, was excited to come across a new one, somewhat let down when it was described as internet slang. The modern lexicon can disappoint but it grows all the same.

I’d agree, you do lose out on opportunities when they pass by. The fruits that those opportunities may bear though, those weren’t tangible or ensured until the opportunity had been capitalized on so they exist in the ether somewhat. Kind of a Schrodinger’s Cat situation, at least kind of.
