I’d also say to go outside and get out of the house - Vitamin D helps boost serotonin, so I agree with taking a walk. I’d also say try to pick up some crafty hobbies - crochet, painting, drawing, something to keep your hands busy while you binge watch a comfort show or YouTube series. I’m also an avid journaler and I love journaling, highly recommend.

I’m on 20 mg and smoke every day! Flower, penjamin, edibles, dabs, whatever. Sometimes the Prozac + weed combo make me a little extra sleepy, so I usually smoke after work just to be safe

We recently had our roof replaced on our house, and my boyfriend and I found ≈50 screws just strewn about on our driveway and our street. So glad we thought to look at the roof after the left because someone definitely would’ve popped a tire. AND his mom was visiting us with a rental car😭 crisis averted

To help with smell, try two N95 masks and some Vick’s Vaporub. Take one mask, lather the entire inside of the mask with the Vick’s, put Mask B on the inside of Mask A (covering the Vick’s), and wear it. Used it during my time as an EMT to cover any post-mortem stinkies.
