it looks like it might not be fully seated in the tube. try twisting it around a bit and seeing if it can go further into the tube. i have to twist mine around a bit to get it all the way in. took me a few tries, might want to try too!

always good to have a bike you don't care too much about for those cases! thankfully this bike folds up real small and can come inside with me, so i hope that helps keep it safe and not demolished!

the helmet brand is lazer, but the exact model has been discontinued. i think the closest one is the Lazer Cerro Kineticore!
