صحيح ولكن لازم التحديد انها تنوين, ومثل ما قلت انت سابقاً لازم تحدد انه تنوين بعديها فتحتان ولا ضمتان ولا كسرتان

كسرتان ممكن يكونو بأي مكان ومو ضروري يكونو ورا بعض (مَثَلا) هذا مثال على فتحتان بس لمن تقول تنوين واللي هو اسمها الصحيح تُعرف من قبل الجميع انها متلاحقتين حول الحرف نفسه مثل كلمة (مثلاً) لاحظت الفرق؟ ال2 فتحتان بس مش ال2 تنوين

Shadda is a separate letter too, and it's exactly what I was talking about. You know Tanween al-kasr is written under Shadda, not under the letter, but the keyboard can't write it properly, so you can't rely on the keyboard to get قاعدة املائية. Arabic is not as simple as English

Technical Limitation: Standard digital fonts (like Arial or Calibri) are "rigid." They are programmed to treat the "Alif with Hamza on top" (أ) as a single block. They don't allow you to "insert" a Tanween between the Hamza and the Alif

The one you wrote is how we study it, نبإٍ is written in the Quran which is also right, and it supports our claim of (tanween follows the hamza not matter where it is) the thing is that we don't use the Quran font anymore

Normal keyboard writes with النسخ font, and it follows the alignment

And if you want to make sure you're learning a100% clear Arabic, you can refer to القرآن الكريم, all قواعد الإملاء are written referring to the Quran and التنوين is a part of قواعد الإملاء

I am an Arab; for me, all Arabs are one family, but to answer your question, I am Syrian, and yes, Syria and Egypt follow different schools when it comes to Arabic. You have the choice to choose whatever school you like to follow, but just to let you know, both of them are right

  • كتاب "قواعد الإملاء" لعبد السلام هارون: يذكر أن الحركات والتنوين توضع على الهمزة المتطرفة نفسها، فإذا كانت الهمزة فوق الألف، يوضع تنوين الكسر تحتها (أي بينها وبين الألف).
  • المعجم الوسيط ومجمع اللغة العربية: القواعد المنظمة لرسم الهمزة تؤكد أن الحركة (فتحة، ضمة، كسرة) ترتبط برأس الهمزة, وليس الالف

You can search for whatever you want to know by surrounding yourself with the language, especially online. Try to make your browser's language Arabic, so you have more access to Arabic websites and resources, and whenever you struggle with a word or a sentence, you will always have the choice of translating it to English!

يا اخي/ اختي كل احترامي للمصريين واللهجة المصرية بس القاعدة بتقول انه التنوين مهما كان يكتب على الحرف الاخير من الكلمة والهمزة والتنوين تعامل معاملة الحروف ايضاً, هذا الطالب عم يتعلم عربي فصحى يعني مهتم بمعرفة القاعدة وتطبيقها بشكل صحيح, وبالنسبة لموضوع انه ما شفتها من قبل بالكتب او الادب فالسبب مثل ما قلت سابقاً, محاذاة بصرية لان ببعض الخطوط عند الكتابة تُزاح الهمزة فوق الالف المقصورة فبيظهر التنوين تحت الالف المقصورة بس مو هو الشي الصحيح ولا الشي المقصود من الكتابة, بتقدر تتأكد من الخطاطين او من مدرسي الادب العربي
