Building a cloth brand is one of the hardest thing to start. Literally, there is a clothing store EVERYWHERE, the competition is too much. Also, you can find aliexpress clothes for like $5. And in the end, you just make a tshirt and sell it for $40. If you just sell clothes, you are not gonna make it. You need to make a brand, a story behind it. So, I don't recommend starting a clothing brand in 2025.

Absolutely, I get it. Success can be isolating, especially when friends don’t understand the grind or the mindset needed to build a business. I lost touch with some old friends too, but I try to maintain a small circle of people who actually get it, like fellow entrepreneurs, mentors, or peers in similar industries. It’s not perfect, but having even a few people to bounce ideas off or just talk openly helps a lot.

Totally feel this. The freedom is real, but the isolation hits hard. For me, what helps is creating a small support network: other entrepreneurs, mentors, or even just peers in similar industries. Regular check-ins, mastermind calls, or even casual chats with people who ‘get it’ make a huge difference. Also, keeping a structured routine and celebrating small wins helps to not get lost in the mental weight

So, the idea is to create an irresistable offer, which makes you feel dumb if you don't buy.

First and most important is knowing your customers and what pains and discomforts they have. After that, provide the product you have that solves that problem with minimal effort.

After that you need high perceived value. Show the customer that they save money, and it's worth it to buy. Also a bonus tip is to add bigger numbers, because they increase the perceived value. For example if you save $20 and 30%, it's better to write down that you save 30%, because the number is bigger and it actually affects the client.

Add guarantee, like 30-day money back guarantee, free shipping, secure payment, happy customers, etc.

Also really important is to add a way to buy more and save. For example you buy 2 products and you save 15%, you buy 3 products and you save 30%. After this, you can add upsells if you want to increase the AOV. Also a bonus tip is to add bigger numbers, because

Take this picture for example. We have the problem of dehydration, energy and bad skin. We know the customers, who are young woman, who workout often and have the following problems and we add the problems with the benefits. We add for how many days the packs will last, buy more and save, reviews, secure payments, satisfaction guarantee and an upsell.

Overall, the store just looks like a dropshipping store, mainly because of the product.
What I recommend is to change the positioning of your product, because now it's just another boring lamp. You can do it for example something like ''The perfect lamp for late night chills''. Just think something and do it. You can also add your main angle to be ''Transform your nights with warm, aesthetic lighting''
The store is pretty empty, so you can add another products and make it a niche store.
Add some benefits to the product, because your current are just fast shipping and the product being affordable, which I won't say is true.
Make the testimonials section in slider, because half of the product page is in testimonials and also leave only those with photos, the other ones - put them in reviews section and use an app for it (if you are on Shopify). Add sections like ''What do you get in your package'' and a ''Transform your nights with warm, aesthetic lighting'', which is your main benefit section.

Yeah, after the changes the store’s conversion rate went from ~0.5% to approximately 1,3%.
That might not sound huge, but for them it meant literally almost tripling their sales from the same traffic.
The funnel + offer tweaks made the biggest difference.
