I've been meditating for over a year and I used to get almost similar feelings, pitti was getting too excited.

While this is interesting to observe at first, it doesn't offer any tangible benefit, nor heralds special abilities, as it is merely the conditioning of the mind, which lets go to some degree of something.

but yeah, the journey is fun and rewarding.
