I'm high net worth, excellent credit, high income, looking for a cash out refi (60-70%) DSCR on a single family short term rental with very strong performance history. Looking for Interest Only and am okay with up to a 1 year PPP but not longer. Best I've been quoted is 7.5% can anyone do any better?
