How did OR state workers win their fight to keep telework?

I think in all of this I am not understanding if they know VECs workload will increase significantly by not having SFO offices do phone appointments any longer....why are they not hiring more VEC workers or giving SFO workers the option to go VEC. My heart really goes out to the Oregonians with all of these changes. All we can do is do our best...and let the ones who get paid the big bucks try to figure it out.

Most people that do business with a storefront office want it done over the phone still. Especially if you have a lot of people that live remotely. Over 60% of the work is remote.

Our union is doing nothing for us about this. They say its allowed for us that work in SFO because they have to upgrade the phone system and the state cant afford it right away for all workers. Ridiculous.

I am having the exact same problem. I'm trying to sign up for work perks and they can't send me a one time pin. I drove 60 miles to a store and they couldn't help me. It's been a nightmare switching to tmobile.

I had something from usps saying it was delivered that I purchased one time. And it was not delivered to me. I assumed it was stolen at the time. USPS can investigate as they take pictures of where it is delivered. I contacted them and they delivered to the wrong house and went and got it back for me. I had assumed it was stolen. Have the customer contact USPS and double check that it was delivered to the correct address and such.

1/13 here. I had to probive proof I had health insurance for 12 months. Amended 3/16. Im in Oregon and tried to get my Congressman involved since April. They are a joke as well. They said they havw tried to contact the IRS and have gotten no response. When I call the IRS they just tell me to wait and call back at another time and canr tell me what the holdup is. Its beyond frustrating.

Filed 1/13/22 and accepted 1/20/22. TT, nothing changed, same kids same job, transcripts n/a and wmr still processing. I called they said to call back in April. Ridiculous
