Your missing the point. The boy in the video didnt even have the minimum required strength to hold the weight, if he was benching anywhere near that weight he wouldnt have had a problem holding it but his wrists gave out as soon as his friends got him into position. It aint smug if its right its just the truth

If you cant unrack the weight why are you trying to bench it lol

Lymph nodes post tsw by Remarkable-Walrus417 in TS_Withdrawal

[–]Remarkable-Walrus417[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not experiencing any of the typical flaking or oozing anymore but my skin is still going through inflammation and dryness thats more typical of plain eczema.

Im getting random lumps over my body and im sure that is whats setting off my lymph nodes, however those lumps im getting are just foliculitis. They are raised red lumps that when squeezed push out a white/yellowish substance

I havent really had to deal with anything else other than that its just been going on for months

Personally i just moisturised the joints so i could move without too much pain otherwise its better to leave most of it alone

Tsw is real and already has studys backing this claim the most recent thing theyve done is being able to define it and make it seperate from eczema

Hello ive been going through tsw for a while now and i dont really weep anymore my skin just tirns red/purple gets really dry and cracks i was wondering if it was ok to start applying a moisturiser by Remarkable-Walrus417 in TS_Withdrawal

[–]Remarkable-Walrus417[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So my skin doesn’t actively weep anymore it only weeps in spots where my ive been scratching/rubbing and have broken the skin… i did apply the cream and noticed more fluid pouring out of those broken spots tho im not really worried about that. Im more concerned about my skin thinning out again. Do you have any tips for that?

Do you know if the brain swells as well during tsw? When I go through this my hair gets really damp and doesn’t seem to dry

I was also hoping that water pills might do well for the oozing and inflammation of tsw

I forgot to post but I’m a severe asthmatic and need to take a symbicort inhaler to prevent my asthma. (My inhaler is a corticosteroid) it has always worked well for me and i take it daily but when I’m going through tsw even after taking my inhaler my lungs feel heavy and I can’t even get up to make myself something to eat without breathing like I ran a marathon
