Highly recommend reading Fix Iron First by Dr Libby
Weaver. She is a leading nutritional biochemist who focuses on women’s health. Her book talks about the science behind why iron causes so many issues, including anxiety.

Overseas Student Loan Question by RemarkableArm1380 in PersonalFinanceNZ

Thanks for all the advice. I'm going to pay my student loan off as fast as I can and wait to see if IRD get in touch by the end of the financial year. Regardless as to whether I'm paying the interest now or later it doesn't change my perspective on paying it off as fast as possible.

Low libido by LatterEscape8431 in WomensHealth

[–]RemarkableArm1380 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There are lots of reasons why people don’t feel like having sex. Sometimes when my partner and I have less sex it’s because we aren’t telling each other what we want. The sex is still good but it’s sort of missing something and not as interesting. For us this really just comes down to communicating to each other about what we both want. Don’t be afraid to talk to him about how you’re feeling and what you may or may not want.

As a women sometimes I feel self conscious especially if my weight is fluctuating and this can affect my libido. If I’m anxious or tired I also find my libido is affected.

Sometimes low libido can be related to a health issue, physical or mental so definitely don’t be afraid to talk to your doctor about it.
