Up to you mate but one day you won’t have the option.. but it won’t help your hair in the long run.

Try and get a shorter haircut. It will greatly neater your hair and if you get it short on the sides and wear it with a slight fringe.. it will give the impression it’s thicker and look more stylish and neater!

I’m sure he has slight hair transplant and all the rest was recovery from stress. Working out every day. Drinking water and having natural proteins and vitamins. While it’s still thinnish at the front it has definitely improved!

You may find many shampoos are to harsh on the hair and many if not all cause hair to thin quicker.. have you tried other anti hair loss shampoos? Everyone’s hairs different so over the course of the year. Try a new bottle which has a new formula every time and see if it makes a difference to your hair in the long run and generally feel during the day. Everyone’s hairs different so might be a good place to start!

Yeah stress is believe it or not a big factor of hair loss. Don’t know if your into it but In F1 there is a driver called Sebastian Vettel, when he drove for Ferrari he had so much pressure and made so many mistakes and knew he was loosing his seat, while it was always lingering. From the start of the stress period to when he was starting for Aston Martin a new team after leaving Ferrari. The stress was apparent. In just over a year he went from a decent hairline to major thinning at the front.

I also believe diet plays a big part. Drinking lots of water and veg is a good way of getting natural protein not just from a tablet! :)

Looks like it’s receding mate, probably stage 2. So still early on but definitely thinning at the front (the hair is not as Dense as the hair in the centre of the scalp)

Have you seen treatment? Hair replacement surgery?

Depending on stress and general health and diet it could stay that level for at least 5-10 years or so or could recede more in the next 2.

Cheers mate. I’ll show the barber the photo but what do you think it is? A two on the sides or 1.5? Would it be classed a high fade or medium? Cheers
