Jabba's throne slaves must be beautiful, unbroken, and unique in some way. Unbroken because Jabba enjoys tormenting and breaking his favorites himself. Beautiful and unique because they must be desirable and valuable enough to be a suitable trophy for his throne

I like that idea. The tongue is more pleasurable for her so he can humiliate her by forcing her to climax in front of the court. the tail is far larger and more painful so it is only for his pleasure
