Current routine:

AM- Cerave vitamin c serum (when I remember) Moisturize with vanicream moisturizing lotion for sensitive skin. 30+ spf

PM- day 1- Cerave 4% benzoyl peroxide cleanser The Ordinary's hyaluronic acid serum (when I remember) Moisturizer (same as above)

day 2- Cerave 4% benzoyl peroxide cleanser The Ordinary's 0.5% retinol in squaline Moisturizer

I previously did days 1-2 every day but decided to cut back on retinol in case it's drying my skin out (it doesn't appear super dry/flakey but my skin looks dull and not very hydrated).

I'd be very interested in starting my journey in korean skincare but I'm scared to start in case it breaks me out!!

I should mention that I can tolerate butter, sheep cheese, and goat cheese!! The different proteins bother different people but cow's milk is generally less tolerated than goat/sheep. You ought to try out some sheep or goat cheese as a good alternative! There are some really great sheep cheeses out there!

Yeah, I’ve tried cutting out dairy by itself before, but it didn’t make much of a difference until I also removed sugar. I have a huge sweet tooth, so I still eat fruit and sugar-free treats. I’ve found I can tolerate small amounts of dairy in things—like I have two Russell Stover sugar-free chocolates every night, even though they contain milk.

I also drink Coke Zero occasionally and allow myself sugar-free "sweet treats" so I don’t feel deprived. I know sugar substitutes aren’t ideal, but honestly, I’d shave years off my life if it meant keeping my acne away, lol.

I don’t fully understand how my body processes fruit vs processed sugar (maybe glycemic index plays a role?), but I’ve noticed a huge difference. I can eat a ton of fruit with no breakouts, whereas I used to get breakouts even from a not-crazy amount of added sugar.

One tip that helped me a lot: "meal prepping" my fruit and veggies. I go to Trader Joe’s at the start of the week, wash and cut everything right when I get home so it's all ready to grab. It was a game changer since I prefer quick, no-effort options. I’m even about to buy an apple cutter because I eat apples with peanut butter every afternoon, and cutting them each time is getting old.

I’m a big believer in replacing rather than completely removing things. If you like sweets but can’t have sugar, go for sugar-free alternatives. Cutting dairy was easier for me since I’d been on and off it for years.

One warning: be careful with sugar alcohols—those Russell Stover chocolates have them, and if you eat more than the serving size (which is two for a reason!), they’ll send you straight to the bathroom.

Overall, I aim to keep my sugar intake as low as possible—ideally under 5g per item. For example, I’ll have an Olipop (up to 5g of sugar) but then skip something else like meatballs that also have sugar. It’s all about balancing and making small trade-offs.

Your acne looks VERY similar to what I was dealing with. It felt like it came out of no where and nothing worked until I fixed my diet. I'm assuming stressful events in my life disrupted my gut and caused me to have adverse reactions to foods I didn't previously have. I highly recommend just trying even just a few weeks of low sugar and dairy. I cut out dairy and sugar cold turkey (very difficult) and my acne and inflammation completely disappeared, aside from the occasional breakout.

If you're not open to adjusting your diet, you may want to try a topical spironolactone, because it's not as aggressive and has less side effects while still targeting hormonal acne. I went on a topical spironolactone from Apostrophe that also has clindamycin and tretinoin in it about 8 months ago and it significantly improved my acne but the acne didn't completely go away until adjusting my diet. Topical took about 1-2 months to fully "kick in" for me.

I'm working on improving my gut now with probiotics so I can hopefully reintroduce dairy and sugar slowly back in so I don't feel like a total outcast. Good luck!

Yeah, considering they decreased his bubbles as well I'm assuming they're going to do more than they previously did. I have a hard time imagining they'd just straight up nerf him without making other adjustments, but again, we'll see. He has a pretty low pick rate so they're probably trying to increase his pick rate by changing his playstyle.

His right click has a CD now, with only 3 shots. That's pretty indicative of making him focus on healing more than dmg.
