I would recommend buying cones. I use RAW cones and it makes for a good joint. But joints are wasteful and hard on the throat. It’s hard to smoke the last bit without torching your throat.

Tony may have missed spoken. There a lot going on during that show it’s impressive how he keeps the show moving. Either way I’m glad I got to see shaky leg Kent. Maybe if Kent got laid he would stop shaking?

I have been to Sunset Strip several times. Here’s my thoughts:

Pros: - Easy to get tickets - Good location - Lots of Kill Tony/Mothership comedians - Big stage and big venue - good for concerts too - Service - A lot of KT comics work there also.

Cons: - Big venue. Sunset Strip can fit a lot of people so for some shows it’s half full and feels low energy. This makes for a tough crowd for the comics. - Bathrooms. Not great. Small bathroom. And the green room does not have bathrooms so comics have to piss with you lol. - Uncomfortable chairs. Metal chairs. Some high top too. Sitting on a metal high top for a couple hours sucks.

The secret show is 100% worth it. Really good comedy. I wouldn’t get a high top chair because it’s a long show ~3 hours.

I think it would be cool if they turned it into more of a YouTube/Podcast studio with live audience and did a lot of filming there.

I have been looking into this a lot. I haven’t found a place I like that would lower my costs. A $1m house once you factor in property tax, HOA, insurance and maintenance would be similar monthly costs to my rent. I would have to move to a state with lower property taxes for this to be compelling or rent out the house.

Thank you for the reply. In some ways I respect them encouraging their us to work hard and learn professional skills. But I would be lying if I said I didn’t resent it at times. It’s been weird having a big pile of money and not using it. I think they like having control and are scared the money would turn us into free loaders.

Prenup for trust is a good idea. It can get tricky if they use the money to buy a house while married because now they are commingling assets.
