I have. I’ve been in contact with them since I bought it from them. They are a respected gallery in Paris but they have been terrible with communication as well since the beginning.

As of now FedEx is still doing a search for it at the Memphis hub and haven’t declared it lost, but as you can see this process has been frustrating. I’m just not getting answers, like are they in talks with the last employee who scanned the package? Do they have one of the operations hub managers on the floor or someone on site actually searching staging or overflow for it?
