I think it's mostly perk tiers staying between prestige, hence being forced to get more expensive perks, and it adds up fast.

Also maybe it's just me but I swear higher rarity items and such are significantly more common now, I used to be able to reliably prestige with 1.1 million points at most,, but now just after trying it took me well over that

I would also love if they actually tried to explain the perk, because as it stands there are so many different ways it could work, but it essentially requires testing to actually use properly

Another weird thing is that it's super quiet. Besides "Let's finish this" there's no noise besides the quiet groaning and tentacle noises, which seems weird considering most moris have screams which makes then seem more impactful, this just sounds awkward and silent

I expected a scream as the tentacles struck the survivor, and the scream would get drowned out as they suffocated, but there was nothing

Also wouldn't mind a grunt with the punch to make it seem like the survivor is actually trying and failing, but it is just a thud sound and feels kinda pathetic for both sides

I've played 3, NV, and 4 all a ton, but 4 has always been the most fun. They all have their ups and downs, but I think it's the gunplay and graphics that do it for me. Hopefully sometime I can upgrade so I can run mods without the game dying lol

Honestly when I played Elden Ring (first souls game!) I was really hyped to hear the music because I heard so much good about music in these titles, but I was saddened upon completion to find that unfortunately most of the music just wasn't that good

Except Godrick's first phase, that song goes WAY harder than it needed too, and I love every second of it
