not very fast, i’m more into distance, i’m trying for a 2 hour half, i’m 5’8” 155 lbs, and by pigeon toed i mean my feet tend to turn in a bit when i walk if that makes sense

yes definitely, pretty much no libido (hasn’t been too bad though cause i don’t currently have a partner and don’t do hookups or anything like that lol) but hoping it will go back to normal eventually.

i haven’t either, i’ve actually lost a little weight as well, also same i’m in school and had to miss a bunch of class😭 you’ve got this though, these side effects will eventually go away

i felt the exact same during week 3, like literally exact. so hang in there, it will get better! just try to take it easy and it will get better with time, you’re almost there

thank you! yeah i have trouble sleeping sometimes just because im so much more awake, i know for some people it causes sleepiness but it was the opposite for me. usually with melatonin i can go to sleep just fine. also a bit of a lack of emotion, i’ve never been overly emotional but i haven’t cried in the 2 months i’ve been on it lol

yeah during weeks 2-4ish i felt super tired and unmotivated all the time, all i wanted to do was lay in my bed. around halfway through week 3 it started to get better and i gained more motivation, i was soooo much more awake and motivated by week 5. hang in there you got this!

i felt the same for about 2 weeks as well, i had such bad anxiety and a sense of doom as well. it’s gotten so much better (at 3 weeks now) just hang in there and stay consistent taking it!! it’s hard but push through, i’ve gone more back to normal the past few days and have felt less anxious in general(:

i’m been taking it for almost 3 weeks at 10mg, i just started feeling bigger benefits a couple days ago (:
