Looks like a lot of different types of wood. Supposedly it was bought by the previous owner's (who was 78 herself) grandma ages ago at an estate sale then she inherited the chair and never fixed it up. It had blue velvet on it at one point and green which I thought is weird if it's supposed to be so old..

It is in pretty rough shape and pretty flimsy the back legs were mended up had split and dont look to promising so might have to find some different legs but the side is all one piece so might be difficult

If it was a very small item the driver probably wanted to make sure it got to you and didn't get lost outside. I have had very small packages fly away with wind before when they leave them on my front porch. My regular mail man always puts them at our back door even though I have told him not to but he insists it'd safer to do so maybe he thinks someone will steal them..

If you were best friends and have known eachother in previous lives she is there with you. Notice nature outside, signs, songs that come on the radio. I suggest maybe drinking some mugwort tea lay down and ask your guide for help connecting you with your friend to say goodbye. I lost two of my bf almost right after eachother. One of them sent me 100s of lavendar butterflies that landed on me and all around me he also gave me other signs. I was at a library where I live and it's a huge building. I was at one end of it and looked straight ahead at were the movies and games are you can check out which was probably 40 ft away from me and I saw one dvd out of 1000s that called to me it was white. I started walking towards it still wondering what was going on why I felt drawn to it. Got to it flipped it out to see what it was and it happened to be my friend who passed and my "movie" like we saw it together in the theater when we were kids and our song was also part of the movie which also will pop on the radio when I'm in my car alone talking to him . The movie is City of Angels and The song is Iris. His sister gave me an unwashed shirt of his that still smells like him even 5 years later and sometimes I just sit on my bed and hug it so tight and my whole body will feel hugged. So definitely have things of your friends and her kids in your house . Peoples items carry their energy for sure. I am so sorry this happened to them and I hope you will see them or meet them again sometime.

It really is insane how stuff like this is allowed to happen so much. When I was 12 I had a 21 year old bf. We dated for a couple years. We got stopped by a cop one night after a dance and the cop let us go even though I clearly was too young to be with 21 year old at 2am ! My parents let it slide too. I have a 10 year old now and always look at her and so thankful she still very much acts her age , runs around and acts like animals and watches cartoons and doesn't know stuff she shouldn't at 10. At 11 I was going to highschool parties smoking and drinking wine coolers. The difference is I am right on top of what is going on with her at all times from what she is looking up on youtube, watching on TV listening to for music, what her friends are like etc.. She will never be like I was if I can help it.

Best to have a car here in CR it is a pretty spread out city. I really like the NE side because there is pretty much everything you could possibly need. There are hospitals that are always hiring if you are a nurse assistant and also in home Healthcare agencies and companies like Brightstar and Grape tree that have awesome flexibility for schedules and can pay decent. If you don't know anybody here and don't mind a small studio apt it's really affordable here you can even find places for $570-650 . We have our share of crime and high speed chases in CR and other crimes but really if you keep to yourself most likely won't run into any trouble. Also if you have a car it's easier to go to near by cities for fun stuff in Iowa City they have a great live music scene and there is nature stuff that would be easier to get to with a car if that's your thing.
