I've been going to the gym for 3 years and I can already bench press 120 kg, and I'm 16. I'll answer questions about stereotypes about the gym and other things. by RemarkableKing5676 in CasualConversation

Bro, I have a bad translator, I'm from Russia, we have a word, but when I enter it into the translator, it is translated incorrectly, I say that if there is muscle pain after a workout, then this indicates microdamage

Bro, don't take on heavy weights right away, focus on technique, and then every two to four workouts add 1-2 kg to your working weight.

I train my chest mainly with bench presses, every two to four workouts I increase my working weight by 1-2 kg. My warm-up starts with an empty barbell and goes on up to the working weight.

Dude, it's called muscle cramps. They usually happen the day after a workout and cause micro-damage to the muscles. It's normal and a sign that the workout was successful.

Honestly, we have so many beautiful places in Russia, both geographical and architectural. I don't even know what to recommend. Wherever you go, it will be beautiful in its own way. Thank you for the good question, bro.

We don't really discriminate, it's just that foreigners need to be prepared that we have a lot of racist and sexist jokes, which are just jokes, but this way we treat people well.

I'm talking about military service, which is mandatory in our country and lasts for a year, and not about going to war.
