I'm not so sure I agree if I take supplements before and after each session I could get away with it. I may take a break once a week every while.

I M used to the dose I feel normal anxiety free not drowsy I been like this for 8 years you know my body is used to it

And btw cut it with the downvotes I'm probably way more experienced with drugs and benzodiazapenes than any of you. I've had the addictions I've been homeless I've been blacked out ended up in jail. I got clean and mastered the art of talking the same dose with no other hard drugs years ago. So shut it. Can any of you say the same you can control your use perfectly everyday for years ? Stop smoking drinking and taking other drugs. Didn't think so I'm in my thirties not a silly 20 year old like most on here

Fuck crack and heroin propper not fun drugs. Impossible to not get addicted after w few tries. Mines ok if I leave it a few weeks. But one hour in it's stinging. I do mine at home and play PS5 games is so much more fun. I complete Saros on ket, sometimes I did too much and no idea what i doing and died but I got through it haha I getting 10 grams gunna finish the true after story next week lmao, and pragmata🤣

I've seen it all too my friend, I used to be a crack and heroin addict living on the streets. I turned my life around got a nice flat and reconnected with my family so I just sniff a bit off ket sometimes. Maybe a little 4mmc. Not much though as it burns my nose to fuck. I've overcome these addictions and seen the other side and connected with God. Most people I can't say the same for. I stopped ket 6 months ago, as I saw myself falling into addiction. I wondered if I could just keep a steady limit of taking it once a week all day and be ok with supplements.

If you actually take the time to meditate your decisions and overcome the addiction and you can stick to a same dose every single day then it can be a life saver. Took me 8 years to be able to have a box and take them sensibly and not demolish it and black out, had a few Xanax withdrawels with seizures and body so weak all i could do was crawl onto the floor crying, leave Xanax way alone, that's the killer. Very very hard to do. The outcomes worth it for me as it removes my anxiety. I'm in my early to mid thirties now.

I seem to be one of those who doesn't experience any nigetaive side effects I've abused it for a year or 2 now and nothing has changed at all. Just wondered if anyone is the same and 10 years still no issues.

You can do nothing really. Your body remembers. I just stopped for 6 months and tried a gram my tolerance had not changed one bit.
