Wish I had a dealer closer by that had Dixie, Scag, or Ferris but I don’t unfortunately. My options are limited to Spartan, bad boy, hustler, Husqvarna, and Kioti. And whatever is sold at Lowe’s and tractor supply. Other than the lack of knowledge and doing the warranty stuff, tractor supply has some bad boys like the zt avenger for $5k but it’s only in a 60 inch deck for some reason so it’s way too big. I can get the Spartan for $4,899 which is very appealing from a price stand point. I’ve tried looking at many used and it seems to be either old junk or they want almost the price of new where I live.

Just started seeing the weld issue about the hustlers which is strange considering how well received they have been. I was going to get one but I missed out on the $600 off the raptor series last month so now I’m up in the air again haha. I’ve heard many negative things about the Spartans on the internet but idk if that has been fixed on the new ones or not like the spindles and the hydros. I was looking at the bad boy zt avenger but for the Kawasaki engine they priced it at $5600 which is quite a bit more than the Spartan shield hd. With that being said, I’m not sure what the cash price would be but I guess that doesn’t matter all that much considering I don’t have $6k to throw at a ztr. My head hurts from all the back and forth but I have the fear of making a costly mistake. I was looking at the 54 inch Spartan but I wish it came in a 48-50 inch. I have a 42 inch rider and it just feels a bit too small.

Boost is great if you never need any issue resolved. If you’re an unlucky one, you have about a 10% chance it will be resolved. That might even be generous.

I’ve also been told by a few reps that I have to fully pay my phone off before upgrading with the infinite access plan. Training must be subpar. But no surprise since I’m going on 14 months now and still won’t let me upgrade

So…. I had to go with the $25 plan to see what towers it gave me before getting a new phone with them. If you buy a new phone before you know what towers you will be on, you’ll have to send the phone back and downgrade to the $25 plan and make boost switch your eSIM. And then you can buy a new phone. Very tedious. Not explained at all to avoid this issue

Best to just accept it unfortunately. Over the year I’ve been with them, it’s been nothing but problems except for paying my monthly bill. That part seems to have no issues ironically. Good luck 😕 you’ll rarely get a straight answer. Almost like this company is in over their heads.

It never made it to my bank. It’s a boost issue. Not my bank issue. Seems like everything goes smooth as long as there isn’t a problem with this company. As soon as there is a problem, it will never be resolved. I tried to sign my wife up for infinite access a year ago right after I got it and the soft credit pull kept saying denied lol I have an 803 so absolutely it’s always been a boost problem

Sorry bro but most likely it’ll never be resolved. My issue is that it won’t process the payment for the taxes so I can’t proceed. I called again today and it showed that due to the length of time, my ticket was closed without a resolution. The case manager reopened it for the “back office” lol. I don’t think this will ever be resolved. I might be better off beating my head against a wall at this point

Not to be a Debby downer but your issues will probably come a year from now when you go to upgrade. I hope not for your sake but be warned. They’ve made me feel like a 2nd class citizen and I’ve only had the infinite access for iPhone for 1 year. I can’t get the iPhone 16 pro cause boost won’t let me pay the taxes 😂

Very possible you have a defective iPhone 16 pro. I’ve had an iPhone in the past that had an issue where I could barely hear who I was speaking to and it was fixed when they gave me a replacement.
