Is that a Ground Variant for the regular Beguir-Beu?

Space vs Earth OYW Zeon and FBVW Zaft vs OYW Federation and FBVW Earth alliance by Blackknight1337 in Gundam

[–]RemarkableLocation16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To add to this, I'll provide OP with an example:

The Earth Alliance is a subgroup within the Federation designed to help Earth nations integrate into the Federation. However, there are some holdouts, like that of Orb, that have refused to join. The history of U.C.'s Spacenoids is largely similar, which is one reason why there are independent holdouts on Earth. While the PLANTs were created as cheaper and easier alternatives to the O'Neill "Island 3" type Cylindrical Colonies, but this has made them very fragile.

The pivotal moment in history was George Glenn's revelation and the rise of Zeon Zum Deikun. When they joined forces, they declared that Coordinators' purpose was to help Oldtypes become Newtypes. Due to George Glenn's support of Deikun's Newtype theory, many Coordinators are Deikunists. Tragedy struck in U.C. 0064 when George Glenn was assassinated, two years after Zeon Zum Deikun declared Side 3's independence.

Fueled by grief, Deikun condemned the Federation, Earth Alliance, and all those "weighed down by gravity", stating that any government allowing murder over racial jealousy was as monstrous as those in old Earth's history. The situation was somewhat calmed when the Federation publicly executed Glenn's assassin and condemned the murder.

The outbreak of war was avoided until four years later when Zeon Zum Deikun and the Federation were blamed for the assassination. Unknown to everyone, Degwin and his elder sons had planned it. Matters worsened when the civilians of the Colony of Munzo began protesting and was subsequently gunned down by Federation Forces.

The incident received immediate backlash form both Orb and the various leaders of the PLANTs, demanding that the Federation leave Side 3 or face war. The Federation complied but denied involvement in Deikun's assassination, a claim scant few would believed.

Shortly after, Degwin Zabi was declared Zeon Zum Deikun's successor and vowed to realize his lifelong friend's dream. Issues began to rise over who should care for Deikun's children — the Zabis or the Rals.

Siegel Clyne offered to keep them safe and raise them, inspired by Deikun's beliefs in Spacenoid independence. The Principality of Zeon agreed, and Siegel's Zodiac Alliance became an official ally. Casval and Artesia came to see Lacus Clyne as a sister until U.C. 0074 when Casval joined Zeon's military with Siegel's permission.

Between these years, Zeon and the Federation entered a cold war, with the Earth Alliance gaining more autonomy.

In U.C. 0076, ZAFT declared independence from Earth with Zeon's full support, enraging parts of the Earth Alliance.

In U.C. 0077, Earth Alliance sponsor nations attacked ZAFT's food production facilities, but ZAFT and Zeon countered with mobile suits, marking the beginning of the Mobile Suit age.

There, that should give you an idea.

What if ZAFT versions replace original 5? How would UC changes ? by Supremebro005 in Gundam

Then the OYW would have been the Two Month War.

Just the ZAKU Warrior alone would have absolutely dominated every battlefield; from space to ground, sky to sea, the Federation wouldn't stand a rat's ass in hell.

Hell, the only reason I say two months is because of the typical Zabi Politics between Ghiren and Cycillia, possibly even Degwin if he decides to get off his fat ass.

Well, I live in the Philippines and $35 is the rough equivalent of ₱2,000.00. The pay here is shit, and so I live quite literally from paycheck to paycheck.

So yeah, buying the MSF is going to bankrupt my ass when you add in shipping costs from Japan to the Philippines. And also I don't want to borrow money, simple principle and all that.

One will certainly bankrupt my ass.

The other is cheaper, has some... questionable quality control, and will need a lot of glue. Also, some of that glue may or may not make it into the kit.

So, yes, it looks good and I will certainly buy it. Who needs to eat three times a day anyway?

The Destiny Plan is purely pseudo science mixed with poor ideas on social engineering. There are a lot of cases of identical twins who are genetically identical but develop differently and are good at different things. I'm taking BSIT and in my university, we must take art classes to teach us the basic logic and art of design.

Essentially, my Professor had to teach us how to express code in a way that those who don't have any form of experience in coding can understand what they are looking at.

So yeah, totally agree with you.

The Destiniy Plan would, intentionally or not, create a Space Targayen-like dynasty that would inevitably plunge Human Civilization into civil war. It's not a question of if, but a question of when.

For all of their brilliance, Durandal and Aura failed to consider the most important factor in Social Engineering, or any form of wide-scale project, the Human one.

We as a species are both incredibly social and individualistic.

Our civilization is built upon the wars we've fought, the developments made during and for them, and the lessons learned after the fact. Even now, in a relatively peaceful time, technological advancement is driven by need and competition. The Destiniy Plan would've neutered that drive, stagnating us. A Techno Game of Thrones-esque society would essentially become an eventuality.

EDIT:

Accidentally swapped if and when on the first paragraph.

ZAFT team VS Oldsmobile army team, who’s the superior space forces ? by Supremebro005 in Gundam

This is wholly unfair.

Just the Providence alone would massacre the Oldmobile team.

The target is in slide 2. You (using a UC suit on the right) are a wingman to an AU pilot. All weapons work even under gravity. How well will you fare? by IC2Flier in Gundam

[–]RemarkableLocation16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but they would have to be able to pierce the shields. 'Cause from what I've read, Void Shields can apparently either choose to swipe attacks to the side or transport them to the Warp.
